We work with students, families, schools, colleges and employers around one idea: that the route from education into professional opportunity should be clearer and easier to travel. In practice that means college readiness support, career preparation, workshops and partnership work with institutions and employers. We are not a school, a recruiting agency or a staffing company. We do not place people into jobs and we do not make admission or hiring decisions.

Yes, that is one of the main things we do. College readiness support covers understanding what different institutions are looking for, building a list of schools that actually fit you rather than a list assembled from rankings, working through application materials, and understanding essays as a chance to explain your own reasoning rather than perform. We also help families understand the process, because parents and guardians are often navigating this for the first time too.

Career and job support covers career planning and direction, resume and cover letter preparation, interview preparation, professional communication, and job-search organisation. We help you understand how to present what you have done in a way employers can read quickly, and how to keep a search structured when it starts to sprawl across weeks.

Yes. We work with secondary schools, colleges and student support teams on transition programming and career-readiness workshops. The starting point is usually a conversation about what your students need at a particular stage, and whether we are the right people to provide it. We would rather tell you we are not the right fit than take on work we cannot do well.
